2. Booking and Contract
The display of travel offers on our website does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting the booking, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our booking confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made via the offered payment methods (credit card, PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer).
4. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions depend on the respective tariffs of the booked services. Details can be found in your booking confirmation.
5. Liability
DOEL Reisen GmbH is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
6. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, if the customer is a merchant.
